Lucille Barale has acted for foreign companies on their investments and acquisitions in China since the early 1980s. During the past three decades, she has worked with foreign investors on a wide variety of China projects ranging from cars and chemicals plants to pharmaceuticals and franchising.
Large-scale infrastructure projects have featured prominently in her work in recent years, including power plants and water treatment plants.
